The type of vehicle may vary on the day of your service. • Please note that drivers wait in a different area than where the airport staff reception area is located, so it may take approximately 15 or 20 minutes for the vehicle to arrive, depending on traffic. If you still can’t find the driver, contact us immediately. • It is always our priority to support you in case of flight delays. As soon as you inform us about your delayed flight, we will notify the airport team. If your driver cannot cover the delay, we will try to find a new driver for your service. However, this is not guaranteed.
