The responsibilities of this position are:
Brief job description:
We are looking for a creative writer to work closely with our Product and Marketing teams to write blog posts, product descriptions, and creative and engaging texts on our websites, brochures, and sales email messages.
Conduct research on SEO positioning and keywords, update product descriptions.
Responsibilities:
- Write and review blog posts about our company's products and services
- Create promotional text for internet ads, banners, brochures and social networks
- Perform basic keyword research
- Send well-structured drafts to creative writers and senior editors on time
- Update existing content on our web pages
- Participate in email marketing campaigns
- Implement SEO positioning practices to increase the visibility of blog posts
- Interview members of internal teams (for example, product developers and sales staff) to learn more about product features
- Coordinate with designers to complement text with images, graphs and diagrams when needed
Requirements:
- Work experience as a junior creative copywriter, content writer or a similar position
- Creative text samples; Having a portfolio of published articles will be valued
- Ability to describe product features in a creative and informative way
- Excellent writing and proofreading skills in English and Spanish.
- Practical experience in content management systems (e.g. WordPress)
- Basic knowledge of SEO positioning and keyword analysis tools
- Basic knowledge of keyword searches
- Familiarity with social networks for business
- Familiarity with online marketing campaigns
- Great ability to manage time
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication or a related field
